Choosing Construction Management

We are strong proponents of the Construction Management contractual model because we know that it saves owners money and increases transparency in all project aspects.  With this model, the Owner is the one who holds the contracts with the sub-contractors which allows the owner to be involved in many more aspects of the project than a traditional general contractor model.  Our role is to provide design input where wanted, procure the sub trades and materials, administer the construction contracts, and manage the construction schedules and budgets.

At CML, we are not stuck on one project delivery model.  Instead we evaluate every project at the very start to determine what our stakeholder goals are, and we tailor processes and deliverables to meet those goals.
